In celebration of Ramadan, 2023 saw the first ever Open Iftar take place in Cheapside.
Working in partnership with Landsec and the City of London Corporation, the BID worked to deliver a large-scale community project in the heart of the City. We welcomed residents and visitors to One New Change for an evening of celebration and discussion, with more than 200 attendees joining us in Cheapside.
This event was a first for the BID and for the Cheapside area. As we look ahead, we’re excited to begin planning future Open Iftar celebrations in the coming years.
