What’s On
If Stone Could Speak: Day of Craft
15th September | Various across 10am-4pm
Experience hands-on techniques from experts and artists at the ‘If Stone Could Speak’: Day of Craft. Experiment with stone, actively explore paper sculpting and weaving, near historic granite stones repurposed as inclusive seating by St Paul’s Cathedral.
This is part of a cultural programme delivered by Cheapside Business Alliance and City of London Corporation , produced by URBAN LEARNERS, encouraging discussion about reuse and heritage.
Cheapside Fashion Walking Tour
16th September | 12.30-1.30pm
Join us for this exclusive Fashion Walking Tour, celebrating London Fashion Week. Explore the history of fashion across Cheapside, led by former fashion journalist and official City Guide, Susannah Cohen of Square Mile Secrets.
This tour uncovers the rich fashion history of the area, from the former Goldsmiths’ Row to the shoemaking quarter of the Middle Ages.
