Connect with the historic heart of the City to Refresh this Winter. This lunchtime stroll is a great incentive to get away from your desk and get some fresh air during these colder months.
Join us from 12:30-1:30pm on Thursday 22nd January or Thursday 5th February for the Wellbeing Walks, led by Sarah Williams-Robbins, aka Mrs Londoner, an accredited City of London guide with a background in health promotion and a passion for walking.
During the hour-long tour, you will discover why the Romans choose this area as the centre of their new settlement. You will stroll through some beautiful backstreets, featuring architectural gems that survived wartime bombing.
You will enjoy some calmer spaces, including a churchyard with links to Spain and the USA. You will also have the opportunity to stroll through the gorgeous gardens of St Paul’s Cathedral, and learn about the health benefits of immersing ourselves in nature.
This also gives you the chance to spend a relaxed lunchtime with colleagues, make new friends, expand your network and discover areas you might wish to return to in future.
