As we step into 2026, we’ll explore reflection, relaxation, and opportunities to develop and refresh your skills.
Launching on Blue Monday, and running from 19th January to 6th February, Refresh sets the tone for a calm and positive year ahead.

Week 1: 19th January – 25th January
Mental Wellbeing Lunch: The Six Pillars of Resilience

Join us this Blue Monday for an interactive workshop that brings resilience to life, exploring how our mental, physical and social wellbeing work together, introducing six key pillars that help us stay strong through change.
Running Health Event: Lifting the Curfew

We’re proud to partner with Pure Sports Medicine St. Paul’s and support them on their mission to empower female runners to feel safe running at night. Join us to hear from Pure Sports Medicine’s expert clinical team who will take you through how to train safely.
Walking Tours: Winter Wellbeing in Cheapside
Thursday 22nd January and Thursday 5th February | 12:20-1:30pm | Outside Mansion House
Take active steps to look after yourself by joining an uplifting wellbeing walk through Cheapside. Connect with the historic heart of the City to Refresh this Winter. The Wellbeing Walk is led by Sarah Williams-Robbins, aka Mrs Londoner, an accredited City of London guide.
Aromatherapy for Stress & Relaxation Workshop
Friday 23rd January | 12:30-1:30pm | St. Mary-le-Bow Church
Join our Cheapside Craft Club session, an introduction to aromatherapy and how essential oils can be used to support mind and body. In this restorative session we will be learning about the properties of a range of essential oils and how to use them safely to enhance wellbeing.

Bank of England Parlour Tours
Tuesday 27th January and Tuesday 3rd February | 12:00-1:00pm | Bank of England
Thanks to our partnership with the Bank of England, we are excited to invite local Cheapside workers to step inside one of the most exclusive spaces in the country. The Parlours are restricted in access even to Bank staff, and offer no access to the public… except for these special tours.
Cheapside Run Club
Every Wednesday | 6:00pm | Pure Sports Medicine, One New Change
The free, weekly sessions start and finish at Pure Sports Medicine St. Paul’s, One New Change, and run easy 5k routes, featuring iconic Cheapside locations. As an added bonus, each session is followed by a cheeky half price drink at The Wren Tavern.

We’re delighted to join Music in Office to bring back the Cheapside Choir, to celebrate International Women’s Day. Bringing you 6 weekly singing workshops, join to build new connections, boost your wellbeing, and have fun!
Essential Oils Workshop: Relax and Restore

The second January Cheapside Craft Club invites you to a restorative workshop looking at how herbs, plant extracts and natural ingredients can be used to support mind and body. You will be learning about the properties of a range of essential oils and how to combine these with natural ingredients to make a bath soak.
