Fancy a fun run with a friendly crowd? Join the Cheapside Run Club every Wednesday at 6pm for a free, sociable 5K through iconic Cheapside spots and beyond. Starting and finishing at Pure Sports Medicine St. Paul’s, on the 1st Floor of One New Change. No need to book, just turn up!

Tour de Paternoster | 10 September
Sign up for the Tour de Paternoster 2026, a static cycle event that’s as fun as it is meaningful! Take on this sixteen-bike challenge against other companies to see who can cycle the furthest, while raising money for the chosen charity partner, Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity, which runs the largest dedicated breast cancer support centre in the UK, based in King’s Cross. State Of Wilderness at Felstead Art | Until 11 September

Discover States of Wilderness, a series of paintings by Polly Townsend, on show at Felstead Art now until 11 September. Inspired by expeditions and residencies across Antarctica, Kashmir, Kyrgyzstan, Death Valley and the Badlands National Parks, the works capture Townsend’s fascination with remote landscapes shaped by immense scale and the forces of nature.

London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE: Free Crafting for Families | 12 September
Celebrate Open House Festival 2026 with a free, creative family day at London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE. Step into Anne Ryan’s colourful installation Folkmoot, craft your own sculpture, follow the wildlife trail, then discover the atmospheric Temple of Mithras beneath the city.
Suitable for children aged 5–11, with all ages welcome. Book a time slot or drop in, from 10am – 4pm.

If Stone Could Speak: Day Of Craft | 15 September

Get hands-on with expert artists in Cheapside and try your hand at stone carving, paper sculpting or weaving, right by the historic granite stones near St Paul’s Cathedral. The event takes place on Tuesday 15th September, with various timeslots available.

‘Crafting Impression’ at Bank Of England Museum | 17 September
Head to the Bank of England Museum after-hours from 5.15pm-8pm for the launch of Crafting Impression, a series of new displays exploring design and innovative materials. You can also explore a pop-up exhibition with the Royal College of Art, showcasing 12 artists working with unconventional materials.

St Paul’s Gyratory Traffic Transformation | From 6 September
On Sunday 6 September 2026, a new traffic layout will be introduced on Newgate Street, St. Martin’s Le Grand, Cheapside, New Change, Angel Street, King Edward Street and Montague Street.  Newgate Street and St. Martin’s Le Grand no longer being one-way streets and will have traffic moving in both directions - please look both ways when crossing!
