Our 7-day-a-week BID ambassadors team continue to work extremely hard to ensure Cheapside is a welcoming and vibrant place to live, work, and visit.
As well as welcoming visitors to Cheapside (46,442 visitors in 2023, to be exact!), the ambassadors help to report street cleaning needs and environmental issues.
Working in partnership with the City of London Corporation, the ambassadors help to ensure the streets of Cheapside remain clean and safe, sending daily reports to the Corporation. In 2023 alone, over 560 on-street cleansing requests were made by the BID ambassadors and more than 170 environmental reports were sent to the City of London Corporation. We continue to partner with the Corporation, working hard to maintain Cheapside’s open spaces.
