This course explores the three ESG pillars and why ESG matters: reducing risk, meeting expectations, cutting costs, and building reputation.
  • Overcoming Uncertainty

    Learn how to navigate uncertainty by understanding that resistance to it increases anxiety. This course teaches psychological flexibility and acceptance for managing worry and fear. Apply practical techniques for overcoming barriers and building resilience amid life’s unpredictability.

    This course explains HMRC’s Making Tax Digital initiative for Income Tax Self Assessment. It highlights who is affected, compliance deadlines, and practical steps for digital record‑keeping. Learners gain clarity on software requirements, quarterly reporting obligations, and how to prepare businesses for transition.
  • People Skills for Project Success

    This session focuses on the human and leadership considerations of delivering work when you are not a manager or are new to leading others. It explores how to influence, communicate and build trust without formal authority, while navigating common challenges such as resistance, conflict, and competing priorities. Learners will gain practical strategies to lead themselves and others more effectively in everyday project environments.
