Cheapside Business Alliance is delighted to see the latest rotation of exhibitions now in place across three new gallery spaces at 1 Poultry, delivered in partnership with Hypha Studios.
Running until 7th March, the latest rotation once again brings new artistic energy to these spaces, thanks to the impressive work of the curators and artists. Each gallery presents a new viewpoint, showcasing creative approaches through painting, sculpture, installation, and experimental material use.
Gallery 1: INTERNET CAFE, curated by Juliet Wilson
- INTERNET CAFE presents modern pieces that look at how new media is causing long‑standing social and cultural habits around hand‑held technology to fade.
Gallery 2: What lasts doesn’t always hold shape, curated by Taylor Hall and Rebecca Jak
- What lasts doesn’t always hold shape explores how we endure constant change, with the artists responding to the physical and symbolic presence of 1 Poultry’s stone exterior.
Gallery 3: WHAT’S LEFT | WHAT’S GONE, curated by Lucia Jurikova and Jagoda Witkowska
- WHAT’S LEFT | WHAT’S GONE is a group exhibition delving into what materials last and what materials fade over time, using process‑led and experimental methods.
Cheapside Business Alliance is proud to celebrate this initiative and we encourage everyone to visit and experience the exhibitions for themselves.
